1. Program description

ServiceOS LLC operates the ServiceOS LLC Messaging Program. Messages may be sent under the ServiceOS LLC name or in connection with our product brands, including GlowOS, Crewvana, and CastleOS.

The program may send appointment reminders, follow-ups, account or service updates, customer-support messages, and marketing communications related to our products and services.

2. Opt-in and consent

You may opt in through a web form with a separate optional SMS-consent checkbox or through another documented method that clearly identifies the messaging program and records your permission. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with us, including whether you request an appointment, reschedule, ask for support, request a proposal, begin onboarding, or continue a conversation.

Carrier charges may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about SMS, MMS, data, or roaming charges under your plan.

6. HELP instructions

Reply HELP at any time for help.

We may respond with program information, opt-out instructions, or assistance related to the message thread.

7. STOP instructions

Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

After you send STOP, ServiceOS LLC may send one message confirming your unsubscribe status. You will not receive further messages from that program unless you opt in again through an applicable consent process.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery may depend on your carrier, device, network availability, filtering systems, and other conditions outside ServiceOS LLC's control.

9. Privacy

ServiceOS LLC handles messaging information according to our Privacy Policy. Messaging records may include your mobile number, opt-in source, message history, delivery status, HELP or STOP requests, and related compliance records.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
